level, with this role offering a hybrid working pattern. Appointment Summary This opportunity is ideal for a Private Client Solicitor looking to advance their career within a friendly and supportive team. As either an

Associate

or

Senior Associate , your key responsibilities will include: Advising clients on a range of private client matters, including Wills, Executries, Trusts, and Tax Planning. Handling complex estate planning cases and offering bespoke advice tailored to high-net-worth individuals. Collaborating with other departments to grow the private client offering through innovative business development strategies and cross-referrals. Taking on a leadership role, particularly if applying for the Senior Associate position, mentoring junior team members, and helping shape the future of the private client practice. Required Background(s) For the

Associate

role, 3+ years PQE in private client matters, with demonstrable experience in executries, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and guardianships. For the

Senior Associate

role, 6+ years PQE with a strong track record in handling high-value or complex private client matters and experience in leading or supporting junior members of a private client team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach and attention to detail. A passion for private client law and a proactive attitude towards networking and business development.
