Recruitment Coordinator

to join our HR and Talent Acquisition Team. The role will provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition function and the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, including pre-employment checks (references, vetting, right to work checks, and more), facilitating onboarding, and maintaining induction schedules for UK and European based staff. Role Responsibilities:

Creating and formatting job adverts in DAI's appropriate template. Advertising positions on Taleo, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards. Liaising with multiple stakeholders to arrange both face-to-face and virtual interviews as required. Creating and sending contracts of employment for UK corporate staff via our applicant tracking system, Taleo. Creating personnel action notices (PANs) in a timely manner to ensure new starters are created in our HRIS system, Oracle EBS. Liaising with IT to ensure that all new employees have access to IT equipment and software before their first day. Raising purchase orders for advertising and agency costs. Keeping all recruitment process manuals and procedures up to date. Involved in graduate and intern recruitment from placing the advert to making offers and completing onboarding. Helping organize and run recruitment events such as assessment centres and careers fairs. Working on continuous improvement of our applicant tracking system, Taleo, and liaising with external providers. HR Related Tasks:

Supporting project compliance activities with IR35 legislation, including liaising with our third-party supplier to support compliant employment/contracting of project staff. Monitoring the Europe HR reference inbox and providing support to team colleagues in coordinating responses to information requests under the Data Protection Act. Quarterly collation of up-to-date project headcount data. Maintaining confidentiality of information, complying with the Data Protection Act/General Data Protection Regulation. Updating DAI Connect with current policies and processes when required. Liaising with colleagues across the organization to seek information and provide advice. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Proven recruitment and recruitment administration experience. Demonstrable understanding of and interest in Recruitment and working in an international/multi-cultural environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently liaise with a multitude of stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Pro-active, assertive, and action-oriented. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Confidentiality, integrity, and sensitivity are key components of working within HR. Experience working with applicant tracking systems would be advantageous. The salary offered will be commensurate with relevant experience.
