We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estates Programme Delivery Manager to lead and deliver critical programmes that drive business growth and success. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of key initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and achieving optimal outcomes for our real estate portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Code Asset Managers, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Champion the New Electronic Communications Code (ECC) and develop strategies for its successful implementation across the portfolio. Lead and deliver assigned programmes end-to-end, ensuring objectives are met and expected benefits are realised. Provide strategic direction, leadership, and guidance to the team, ensuring outcomes are achieved with end-to-end accountability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal and external partners, landlords, and regulators. Monitor programme delivery plans, resource allocation, and overall coordination to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget. Manage programme budgets effectively, ensuring cost optimisation and achieving financial targets. Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address challenges. Utilise data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making, track progress, and identify areas for improvement. Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in leading and delivering complex programmes within the Telecoms or Real Estate sectors. In-depth knowledge of Landlord and Tenant Legislation and the Electronic Communications Code (ECC). Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to develop innovative and strategic solutions. Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, MSP) and tools. Experience with financial management and budget control. A strong focus on continuous improvement and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges. In Return We're Offering:
