Sales Executive, Bishop’s Stortford

Bishop Stortford Land Rover Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm, Sunday on ROTA. Day off in the week. Salary: Basic £25,000 OTE £55,000 Here at Lookers Bishop Stortford Land Rover, we are recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard-working and friendly team on site. Specialising in new and used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide Lookers first-class customer service. Joining our sales team, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with colleagues and customers. You will report to Kingsley – General Sales Manager, who will help enhance your knowledge and experience, allowing you to develop your skills and establish a strong career within the industry. Our Sales Executives are key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers' wants and needs: Communicating with customers via email, telephone, and in person. Achieving sales targets, including minimum profit objectives, as well as finance and insurance products. Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives. Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required. Becoming a true ambassador of the sales process, driving forward all new and used car enquiry leads, while building rapport with customers to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised. Living and breathing the brand, emulating a passion for driving to your customers and bringing a sense of excitement to their new car purchase. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service, and a passion for the motor trade industry. Enthusiasm, drive, and motivation are key to consistently achieving fantastic results. Previous experience in a similar position within the motor trade is preferred but not essential, as we are always on the lookout for new talent to join our team. You will need to hold a full UK driving license, as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
