These fun games give customers a chance of winning money in either live games or previous games!! They are looking to grow sales and revenue and need a Sales Executive to join the team to help grow their affiliate partnerships. Role Overview As the Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimising relationships with affiliate partners to drive revenue growth. You will identify and recruit high-performing affiliates, negotiate terms, and implement strategies to enhance performance. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual with a strong sales focus and a passion for building partnerships. Key Responsibilities for a Sales Executive: Affiliate Recruitment and Relationship Management Identify and onboard new affiliates to expand Match Bingo’s reach. Contact potential partners through phone, email and social media to drive new business. Develop strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners. Regularly communicate with affiliates to provide support, updates, and performance feedback. Sales and Revenue Growth Drive affiliate sales by developing and implementing performance-driven strategies. Monitor affiliate campaigns and optimize them to meet revenue goals. Identify high-performing affiliates and nurture them for greater contribution. Performance Analysis and Reporting Track, analyse, and report affiliate performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, and revenue). Use data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth. Marketing Collaboration Collaborate with the marketing team to create affiliate-focused promotional materials and campaigns. Ensure affiliate campaigns align with the company’s overall sales and branding strategy. Compliance and Program Management Ensure affiliate activities comply with company policies and industry regulations. Manage the affiliate program budget and recommend improvements to maximize ROI. Qualifications and Skills for a Sales Executive: Experience:
Previous sales or recruitment experience is preferred but not a necessity. Sales Acumen:
Capability to work towards and achieve stretch targets and motivated to win. Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking systems is preferred but not a necessity. Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Self-Motivation:
