Education Manager IN SHORT MK College Group has an exciting new opportunity for a creative Maths Tutor/Lecturer to join the team based at HMP Send. As a Maths Tutor/Lecturer, you will engage prison-based learners with creative classes and resources. Many learners have diverse needs and learning abilities and often have had negative experiences with education. As a successful Maths Tutor, you will inspire them and provide a positive learning experience. This role may involve outreach work outside of the main classroom setting. You will connect with learners professionally, supporting them in achieving success through qualifications and developing confidence and softer skills applicable to employment and further education. We seek an individual who can communicate well with learners to inspire and motivate them. The average class consists of 6 learners, and sessions are approximately 3 hours long. We are looking for a tutor who can inspire and teach Functional Skills Maths from Entry Level to Level 2. Your lessons will need to be adaptable, innovative, and imaginative.
