They are a large organisation based in London, known for their commitment to excellence and high-quality service to their clients. Job Description Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Oncology team. Manage all forms of communication including emails, calls, and letters. Coordinate appointments and meetings. Handle confidential patient information with discretion. Prepare and manage patient records and documents. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-organised. Support the team in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required. The Successful Applicant A successful Medical Secretary should have: A professional qualification in secretarial studies or a related field. Prior experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment preferably in Oncology Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in office software, including MS Office. Ability to manage sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. What's on Offer A competitive salary in the range of £30,000 - £35,000. The opportunity to work in a high performing environment.
