The Role Lindy’s product management team is a truly global bunch working with team members across the world.You will be excellent at forging strong relationships with both internal and external people and use your exceptional communication skills to create clear understanding and awareness of what is needed.You will use data analysis, market research, industry insights and customer feedback to understand customers‘ present and future needs ensuring you can optimise the product range through the introduction of new products and the management of product lifecycles. If you're commercially minded, have experience managing product lifecycles, and excel in understanding customer needs through research and data analysis, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Lead product development and lifecycle management for IT/AV solutions. Identify new product opportunities through market research and customer feedback. Collaborate across global teams to optimise product performance and profitability. Ensure compliance with legal standards like UKCA, CE, RoHS, and REACH. Provide product training to key customers and sales teams, and represent Lindy at global trade shows. Essential Requirements: Strong knowledge of IT/AV hardware, technologies, and industry trends. The ability to quickly learn and understand new advances in computer and AV technologies and to be able to apply these advances into opportunities. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Able to work effectively in an international business environment. Analytical mindset with excellent planning and organisational abilities.
