Protocol Education is looking for a Care Support Worker to join our dedicated team of professionals in Sunderland's special needs education sector. You’ll work with students at the primary, secondary, and post-16 levels, supporting their unique developmental journeys. Your Role Includes:

Enhancing sensory awareness

and improving motor skills through tailored activities. Providing individualised care

aligned with student-specific care plans. Teaching vocabulary

and advancing speech and language skills. Facilitating creative lessons

such as art, cooking, music, and dance to inspire student engagement. Supporting social and cognitive growth

to help students thrive. Job Training Programs

Position:

Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM) Contract:
