Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Social Worker to join an Adult Community Mental Health Team based in Liverpool. To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience. Prepare Social Circumstances Reports for Sections 2, 3, and 37 Tribunals/Appeals. Manage complex hospital discharges from Acute Wards, Forensic Mental Health Wards, and Rehabilitation Units.
