NRL have an exciting and rare opportunity for a

Paralegal Executive Assistant

to join our clients head office Legal team in Farnborough, in a staff role. Our client is a global innovation leader in the waste infrastructure space, and believes in creating a sustainable future through technology and innovation.

Main responsibilities: Support the corporate legal team with entity management, board meetings, and corporate governance matters, maintaining corporate records, minute books, and statutory registers.

Assist in preparing board materials, resolutions, and corporate filings, coordinating with external counsel on various corporate and commercial matters.

Support the legal team in due diligence processes for corporate transactions and assist with regulatory filings and compliance matters.

Maintain legal department documentation, including policies and procedures and provide administrative support for the legal department.

Support our legal entities in various jurisdictions.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate or legal studies degree preferred.

3-5 years of corporate paralegal experience, preferably in an international environment.

Strong understanding of corporate law and governance practices.

Experience with entity management systems.

Knowledge of corporate filing requirements and procedures.

Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).

Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Fluent in English. Other European languages a strong plus.
