Hays are representing an award-winning, Investor’s in People certified manufacturing business in Lisburn to recruit a Marketing Manager (6 months FTC). Your new role As Marketing Manager you will work closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to coordinate an important Trade Show, as well as coordinate and launch a new product, and assist in other product launches in the run-up to the event. Other responsibilities include: Influence the marketing strategy to deliver the company’s overall marketing plans and strategic brand direction. Constant review of marketing strategy and create and deliver marketing objectives. Lead projects from conception through to market launch and analysis, delivering all marketing projects within agreed timelines and within the agreed budget. Devise new, creative concepts and ideas to present marketing materials for product relaunch to ensure brand awareness and customer loyalty. Execute sales analysis of each brand. Provide direction and leadership to the Marketing team while managing the workload and delivery of targets and objectives set. Production of advertising, marketing brochures, sales kits or other promotional material and their distribution. Copy writing and proofreading of all marketing literature. Website development, content management, and updating social networking as required. Management of third party agencies. Liaise with sales teams in relation to any marketing or promotional issues arising from customer visits, and compile training presentations. What you'll need to succeed A minimum of 3 years Marketing & people management experience within a similar role Experience of leading branding projects from conception through to market launch and analysis Demonstrable experience of managing multiple brands Experience in Digital Marketing Proficiency in creating social media plans and designing original and engaging posts Demonstrable experience of working on simultaneous marketing projects Excellent planning and organisational skills Ability to work to tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Creative and imaginative Accurate with excellent attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft packages Ability to work on own initiative without supervision Desirable: Graduate Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Background in interiors or soft furnishings What you'll get in return £40-45k per annum (pro rata), flexi time policy, 32 days annual leave, Healthshield benefit upon 6 months service, Paid professional membership fees, Recognition schemes, on-site parking, employee referral scheme, discount on company products – 50%, attendance rewards and much more!
