The Role Notice Processing Officer - Lincoln - 35 hours per week £24,960 per annum / £12.00 per hour Do you have excellent customer service and administrative skills? Are you looking for a change in direction? Do you want to learn new skills? We have an opening for a highly focused person to join our Notice Processing team in Lincoln. You will be an integral part of the team lending administrative and customer service support to all customers. This role requires excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with members of the public in various forms including on the phone and via email. You will be processing appeals and dealing with enquiries and complaints. Your duties will include but are not limited to: Dealing with various enquiries and complaints. Assisting in appeal processes. Processing parking fines. Dealing with unpaid notices. Being able to work effectively as part of a team. Being able to keep up with changes in legislation. Strong IT skills. You should demonstrate that you have: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail. Willingness to learn a subject from a position of zero knowledge. Good IT literacy. Strong self-motivational skills to ensure deadlines are met. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and be a dynamic team member. So what package is on offer for you? You will receive £24,960 per annum for 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm – with an hour lunch.
