£38,000 - £40,000

per annum (based on experience), with annual increases to reward loyalty. Potential discretionary bonus based on team performance. Company van. Service Coffee Technician , you’ll play a key role in ensuring customers enjoy uninterrupted access to premium coffee experiences. This is a

van-based role, public transport (paid for)

with travel across London and the M4, M4 corridor. Generally, you will have approx. three appointments per day servicing machines. Your primary responsibilities will include: Servicing coffee machines, water dispensers, and other related appliances from the company’s portfolio. Providing top-tier customer service and technical support to a wide range of clients. Collaborating with a dynamic team that values innovation and continuous improvement. Desired Skills and Training: While prior experience is advantageous,

we value a “can-do” attitude and common sense. We are particularly interested in candidates with: Electrical competency training. Asbestos Awareness Training. DBS registration. Plumbing skills to a WRAS installer standard (or similar). Note: For the right candidate, we are happy to provide training and support to develop these competencies.
