- then apply today. As a coordinator, you'll support the Neighbourhood and Communities team. Building relationships is a big part of the role, liaising with customers, stakeholders, neighbourhood coaches, and external partner agencies. You will source alternative properties for some of our customers and provide support to our vulnerable customers. You will also support our customers through some difficult situations; you'll need to be confident and resilient and have a real desire to help others. Using your knowledge and experience, you will handle customer enquiries such as tenancy queries, complaints, and drafting responses. You will also liaise with and respond to MP enquiries and produce reports and spreadsheets for the team. You'll need to be creative and innovative with a flexible, proactive approach to work. You will have the opportunity to get involved with recruitment too. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract and full-time. The position offers a roaming workstyle, a mixture of home working and working from our Tewkesbury office (GL20 8ND). Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check is required. We are looking for someone who: Builds great relationships with internal and external customers Is a strong administrator with the ability to use multiple systems Has a creative flair, able to produce engaging reports Can manage their own workload and support a large team Has previous experience in a fast-paced, varied role Has a proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
