About the Role
As Social Media Coordinator, you will drive our social media strategy and elevate our online presence. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of engaging with our audiences, focusing on the performance of our central recruitment channels to attract and inspire future students.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and implement innovative social media strategies that align with the University’s goals.
Create and oversee content that is accurate, engaging, and consistently on-brand.
Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions teams to ensure seamless integration between social media activities and broader marketing efforts.
Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimise results.
Manage social media advertising and content themes, ensuring activities are completed within budget and demonstrate a clear return on investment.
Support crisis management and other reactive social media activities as needed.
Collect and report data on social media performance to inform strategies and share results with stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong knowledge of social media management and reporting tools.
Experience in social media performance analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Confidence in collaborating with diverse stakeholders across teams.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
