We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join us at our
Wigston
site in Leicester to assist the Quality Manager with the responsibility of Quality and Food Safety management systems. Main responsibilities: To develop, review and improve current recording systems in place (quality systems, process flow etc.), reporting and tracking tools. To develop food safety and quality promoting tools - posters, games, briefings. Food safety culture system management, data gathering, analysis of results, creation of the action plan and follow-up of action. To raise and investigate non-conformities, liaising with all relevant departments. To ensure that the non-conformities raised in the system have been raised correctly, investigated, and all investigations recorded and followed up. Support the team in coordination of investigation/resolving of the food safety and quality issues as they arise, liaising with the senior team when required. To investigate and respond to customer complaints. Assist the Quality Manager in completion of gap analysis and implementation of all new standards/requirements. Ensure that internal standards are in line with group standards/implementation of the group procedures on site.
