Key Responsibilities: Major contributor to the design and implementation of ERP system improvements Mapping, documentation and implementation of future ERP processes Seeking effective solutions to business operational improvement requirements by means of Information Technology and Systems. Comply with organisational procedures ensuring systems security Providing application support to end users (1st & 2nd line business systems support), responding to incidents and requests that are logged in line with pre-defined SLAs. Required Skills:
Practical project management experience Experience of mapping processes and procedures Experience of documenting business requirements Experience of working with technical teams to ensure requirements are turned into reality Working experience with ERP / Finance, Manufacturing, Sales systems and interfaces Working understanding of core Finance, Manufacturing, Sales processes Desirable Skills:
IFS ERP experience SQL and Master Data knowledge Project Management qualifications ERP/CRM process experience (IFS, Sage, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday etc.) Location: Hybrid role based in Doncaster or Leeds.
