Role: Business Development Manager – Motor Finance Salary: OTE 70k (uncapped) plus car allowance My client is professional, agile, innovative, and their goal is to make car finance easy! If you have experience in the motor finance/motor sales industry, then we would like to hear from you! The team works to place applications from motor dealers with the appropriate finance company and see that through to completion, so an understanding of the environment is crucial! They work with some of the best tech providers in the country to provide you with all the tools you need to get great outcomes for their dealers and their customers. The Role of Business Development Manager

Report directly to company Directors, playing a pivotal role in strategic initiatives and decision-making processes. Proactively identify and cultivate new business connections within the automotive sector. Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. Lead efforts to increase revenue streams through effective sales strategies and business development initiatives. Expand the company’s influence and market presence within the automotive industry. Represent the company professionally in industry events and networking opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold high standards of professionalism. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and achieve collective goals. Key Responsibilities of Business Development Manager

Grow the business’ client base through proactive business development efforts. Ensure the onboarding of suitable partners & completion of required Due Diligence. Represent the business in a professional manner at all times. Monitor and improve client efficiencies and performance. Effectively manage your own time to work towards the shared goals of the team. Ensure partners adhere to the strict regulations within the sector. Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in motor finance or motor sales industry. Skills:

Strong understanding of motor finance environment, adept at business development and client management. Schedule:
