An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Reward Advisor to join our team in Cheshire working in a HR services, payroll bureau and consultancy environment. The role will suit someone with compensation benefit and shares experience who is looking to advance their career in HR and Reward.

This is a fast-paced role to support the end-to-end delivery across many clients in a quickly growing organization. You will be working with and supported by a wider service delivery team.

Position Summary:

As a Reward Advisor, you will support our Reward team in analyzing, developing, and administering our reward programs to ensure that our employees are recognized and compensated in line with market standards and internal equity. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze employee compensation data and produce data sets to support the administration of reward processes. Share Administration: Administering employee share schemes when vesting and exercising. Collaborating with 3rd party partners for tax advice and sharing information with payroll providers. Global Mobility: Support the Global Mobility team in transacting share administration for mobile employees. HR Metrics & Insights: Gather and analyze data on HR metrics, including turnover, recruitment, and retention, to provide insights that inform reward strategies. Data Maintenance: Ensure that reward-related data is maintained accurately in HR systems, updating as needed and following data governance standards. Employee Support: Address employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and incentives, providing clear and timely information. Key Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Experience: 1 year of experience in a compensation, HR, or analyst role. Exposure to reward or benefits analysis is advantageous. Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail; proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner. Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team and build relationships with colleagues across different functions. About CE Back Office:
