Our client is undergoing a significant change and digital transformation programme; implementing new technologies and refining its business processes to ensure they’re futureproofed and can continue to adapt and succeed in their evolving industry.

It’s highly intricate and challenging work that intersects with every aspect of the organization. With the programme now entering a critical phase, they are seeking a PMO / Project Coordinator with business change experience to help with the deployment of a new cutting-edge system.

Identify and monitor project risks, implement mitigation plans, and support team members in achieving project objectives.

Essential Requirements:

5+ years experience as a PMO / Project Coordinator. Demonstrable track record of successful systems rollouts in complex businesses that rely on both software and connected hardware. Worked in environments undergoing business change and digital transformation programmes. Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and project control mechanisms. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational skills including planning and forecasting. Good MS Excel skills. Hands-on delivery focused.
