Location: London / Home Counties / Southern Region
Salary:
£50,000-£60,000 + £6k Car allowance / Private health care
Are you an experienced HSE professional looking for your next challenge? We are recruiting for a dynamic Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to lead and support a range of infrastructure projects across London / Home Counties and surrounding areas.
The Role Drive the implementation of health, safety, and environmental strategies across projects. Provide expert guidance on compliance with relevant legislation and standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001). Conduct site inspections, audits, and environmental monitoring to promote continuous improvement. Lead incident investigations and ensure effective closure of corrective actions. Collaborate with project teams to develop and review risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation. Deliver health, safety, and environmental training sessions.
What We're Looking For Proven experience in a health and safety management role, ideally within the construction, rail or infrastructure sectors. Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and practices. NEBOSH/NCRQ Diploma or equivalent qualification. Membership with IOSH (Chartered preferred) and a full UK driving licence. Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. The ability to work flexibly and travel regionally.
