The Opportunity We are looking for a PR & Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our Brand Development and External Communications team. Reporting to the Senior External Communications Specialist, you will provide comprehensive support to the Brand Development & External Relations Team to help build the QVC brand reputation and awareness, with a focus on press office and Influencer activity, across beauty, interiors, garden and fashion. Your Impact You will work with our consumer PR agency to help create campaign send out and sample call ins. You will be part of the PR team hosting brand launch events. You will have lots of exciting projects to support often at one time so you'll need to be organised. You will focus on support to the External Relations team with the sourcing of products from Buyers and Brands, sending out samples and images to the media & Influencers, coordinating photography, liaising with Influencers, co-hosting at events and admin management. You will order samples from the warehouse/vendors and send out to Press/Influencers promptly, remaining within the designated budget ensuring samples are logged and managed. You will build a positive working relationship with the Post room & Warehouse team and endeavour to adhere to their processes. You will be admin focused, managing the process of finance vendor set up and PO creation for the team, keeping the team updated on the status. You will share monthly team spends with the Senior Manager promptly, learning the process to contract Influencers for paid partnerships with the correct type of legal agreement. You will ensure coverage is filed and shared weekly in trade meetings to represent our team in the best possible way. You will send labelled high resolution images to PR agencies/Press promptly, working with internally or with external agencies to coordinate photography of new product launches. You will support the team with paid partnerships and sourcing new content creators. What You Bring You will have great attention to detail when working on campaigns. You will need to plan and organise your tasks. You should be able to work to deadlines, within a pressurised environment. You will have good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively. You will have a creative eye with the ability to critique artwork and contribute to team ideas whilst adhering to QVC's brand guidelines.
