Commercial Manager – Food Manufacturing

Location: Hampshire (Onsite)

Salary: £45,000 to £55,000

This isn’t about juggling spreadsheets or sitting in meetings for the sake of it. It’s about taking the reins of commercial relationships and driving them like you stole them.

You’ll be the linchpin between the business, our retail customers, and the team making sure it all happens. If you’ve ever thought, “I could run this show better than anyone else,” then we’d like to see you prove it.

What You’ll Do (Other Than Drink Coffee):

Build relationships that last longer than the average product lifecycle. Manage our retail accounts like a boss (because you’ll be one). Spot opportunities for growth where others see spreadsheets. Collaborate with NPD, production, and technical teams to launch products that customers love—and that make us money. Work out the numbers, the costs, and the margins, then make them work for everyone. Know retail trends like the back of your hand and help shape our strategy for the future.

Who You Are (Aside From Awesome):

You’ve got 5+ years of experience facing off with retailers, and you’ve got the battle scars (and the wins) to show for it. You know how to manage accounts, develop new business, and grow revenue without breaking a sweat. Numbers? You love them. People? You get them. Selling? You live for it. You’re great at developing products that customers want because you actually listen to what they’re saying (imagine that). You understand buyers and sellers, and you’re just as comfortable talking margins as you are market trends.
