Sales Operations Analyst – 8-month contract – Hybrid in London Enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced multinational? My client is a social platform, helping professionals achieve more in their careers. Their sales operations organisation specialising in driving productivity, customer value and growth are looking for a Sales Ops Analyst to join their best-in-class workforce in London. What are the day-to-day tasks of this role? Lead and provide recommendations on a variety of decision-making projects that will shape the future go-to-market model. Act like an owner in driving end-to-end leadership of all planning processes – headcount, financial plan, territory plan, and quota planning by project managing at scale. Partner with data science and engineering teams to optimise and scale processes leveraging automation and AI. Develop strong working relationships with XFNs in business operations, sales management, and systems teams. Operate as liaison and POC for sales leadership teams, with a focus in EMEA and LATAM geos. Perform complex data analysis and share insights by leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, Anaplan, SFDC. Sounds excellent, what qualifications do I need to be eligible? 3+ years of experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, business operations, or an analytical/operational role. Ideally, experience working in the SaaS or Ads Tech industry. Experience in modelling and data analysis with demonstrated ability to leverage numbers and insights to influence & drive sound decision making. 1+ years of experience operating with SQL in an academic or working environment. This opportunity is an 8-month contract, hybrid in London (2 days onsite).
