Area Sales Manager - Region: North of England As an Area Sales Manager at Honeywell, in the North of England, covering main regions such as Manchester, Newcastle, Liverpool, and Leeds, you will be responsible for developing and managing your assigned territory. This includes meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly AOP targets, preparing and managing a salesforce pipeline that directly impacts sales growth through both distributors and end-user sales, and engaging with regional distributors and national accounts to understand their needs and build long-term relationships. Duties Implement and use Honeywell's MOS for your designated region to help deliver your goals. Have a strong understanding of the market and help to develop new business opportunities with end-user customers and/or distributors to drive Honeywell growth. Help drive sales and growth strategies aimed at key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. Grow share of demand in the given territory, vertical, or customer set. Aggressively seek out new end-user customers to drive greater market penetration and new sources of revenue. Improve the safety, productivity, and performance of assigned end-user customers and channels. Key skills and qualifications Working knowledge of selling PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Significant technical sales and customer applications knowledge. Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with multiple stakeholders. Ability to identify optimal go-to-market strategy in various situations.
