Site Administrator

for our client's busy distribution center.

Staffline is recruiting for a Site Administrator in

Doncaster.

The rate of pay is

£12.10

per hour.

This is a

full-time

role working

fixed shifts

and the hours of work are: 6am to 2pm 2pm to 10pm

Your Time at Work As a Site Administrator, your duties include: Monitoring and managing site consumables, placing orders to prevent shortages in consumables and packaging materials Raising purchase orders Reconciling accounts payable invoices Liaising with suppliers and managing queries Processing the weekly agency payroll, including reconciliation on rates, hours, and manager approvals Analysis of labour hours explaining key variances Month-end support as required with the opportunity to gain exposure to basic accounting principles Preparing and raising customer invoices General site ordering Providing accurate and efficient administrative support to the operation and finance team

You will demonstrate drive, energy, and a commitment to the continuous improvement of overall site performance. Applicants will be able to communicate effectively with all levels, be flexible, have a can-do attitude, and show good attention to detail.

Technical skills: Proficient in IT including MS Excel / Office Desirable - SAP experience

Qualifications & Experience Experience working in a similar environment, ideally warehousing Undertaken similar roles Self-starter - able to manage the regular deliverables with the ad hoc and to identify where to invest more time for a better outcome - without requiring step-by-step guidance Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
