Our busy family law and estate planning law firm is growing and we are looking for talent that works hard to represent our clients well. The prime candidate will work seamlessly with both senior partners as well as administrative staff in an effort to effectively serve our clients. If you have excellent research and writing skills, are comfortable in a courtroom, can easily use today’s technology, and communicate effectively across all levels, we would love to connect!
Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel to clients by analyzing their needs and determining a proper course of action Represent clients in court to argue motions during legal proceedings Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs Qualifications
At least 2 years minimum experience preferred but not required. Pay commensurate with experience Compensation

We prefer a minimum of two years of experience, ideally in either family law or estate planning - but would consider others, particularly if you have litigation experience.
