The Successful Clinical Negligence Solicitor will offer previous experience handling claimant clinical negligence matters, and have a passion for gaining the best possible outcome for their Clients.

The Role
Managing own caseload acting for claimants in moderate to high-value Clinical Negligence matters
Working within procedural and funding guidelines
Provide support to the partners and colleagues where required

A clean and current practising certificate
Previous experience in a similar role working with Claimant Clinical Negligence Caseload
Previous experience of Litigation
Excellent communication and organisational skills
