We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Demand Planner
to lead the development of a realistic Demand Plan for the UK&I region, focusing on a 0–24-month horizon. In this role, you will drive the S&OP process, ensuring full ownership of the plan and achieving results through a consensus-based approach. You will align forecasting demand and supply to measure forecasts versus budgets, assessing the impact on the supply chain. Main Responsibilities:
As a key member of the Demand team, you will oversee demand numbers to reflect the most likely outcomes whilst documenting and tracking assumptions behind the demand plan, ensuring their accuracy, and challenging them when needed. You will also manage a historical database of sales and marketing activities to measure plan vs actual performance, fostering future learning and improvements. This role will give you the opportunity to work cross-functionally, giving you exposure to work with a plethora of stakeholders; collaborating with Supply Planning to communicate demand changes, support the Co-Packing team with promotional/seasonal execution as well as assisting with the Demand Planning Manager on process improvements. This is a dynamic role suited for someone with a keen eye for detail, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions with a continuous improvement mindset. Who we are looking for:
We’re seeking someone who’s inquisitive, confident, and has the ability to challenge the status quo. You should be able to communicate clearly and present information concisely, even under pressure. The ideal candidate must have advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel with knowledge of statistical forecasting methods to drive improved accuracy. You will have an excellent understanding of S&OP and experience working within cross-functional groups. How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:
Consumers, quality, and care are at the heart of everything we do. So, to be successful at Ferrero, you’ll need to be just as consumer and product-centric as we are - dedicated to crafting brilliant results for consumers around the world.
