As a Qualifications Development Manager (Clinical), you will play a key role in ensuring Qualsafe qualifications meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance and industry relevance while advancing the development of clinical professionals across the UK. Using your expertise in health and social care, teaching practices, and quality assurance, you will oversee the full lifecycle of clinical qualifications and assessments. This includes identifying opportunities for innovation, collaborating with clinical subject matter experts, and ensuring our offerings align with the latest national occupational standards and regulatory requirements. From piloting new products to refining existing ones, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our qualifications are of exceptional quality, meeting the needs of learners, educators, and the healthcare sector. Your work will directly contribute to the upskilling of clinical professionals and the overall improvement of patient care. Who we are looking for

We are seeking a clinically experienced, detail-oriented professional with a passion for education and the development of healthcare qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 or higher qualification in healthcare, such as Paramedic Science, Associate Ambulance Practitioner Practice, First Response and Emergency Urgent Care (FREUC5), or Ambulance Technician. You should have demonstrable experience in both clinical practice and the education sector, with a proven track record of managing projects from concept to completion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to produce clear and professional written materials, are essential for success in this role. Collaborative by nature, you will excel in building relationships with internal teams, external clinical experts, and regulatory bodies. While not required, qualifications in teaching or assessment and experience with regulated awarding bodies or apprenticeships would be highly advantageous.
