Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We're on the hunt for a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the running of a Children's home. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company committed to providing outstanding residential care for young individuals with complex needs.

This role offers an annual salary between £45,000 and £55,000. As a Registered Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape the lives of young people, and work within a supportive and dynamic team. You'll also have the chance to utilise and develop your leadership skills in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Our client is a reputable organisation known for its commitment to providing high-quality residential care for young individuals between the ages of 10 and 25, who present with complex emotional, psychological and developmental needs. They are dedicated to continuous improvement and value the input of their staff in achieving this goal.

Responsibilities:

Overseeing the day-to-day running of a registered Children's home Ensuring the provision of care for each young person in accordance with their care plan Demonstrating high levels of professionalism, competence and leadership Participating in regular senior management meetings and projects Managing and supervising a team of Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and Residential Support Workers Contributing to the referral assessment process of young people Ensuring sufficient staff coverage to maintain the efficient and safe running of the home Identifying and addressing any deficits in care and training needs of the staff

Package and Benefits:

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager role will have: Diploma Level 5 Leadership & Management Experience in supervising people who support children with learning difficulties and complex needs Strong management and IT skills The ability to communicate and build relationships with key stakeholders A flexible attitude to working in a growth environment
