We have a fantastic opportunity for a Training Specialist to join our Learning & Development Team working with Norse Care to support developing, delivering, and maintaining effective compliance training and additional learning requirements across the division. This is a full-time position on a fixed term contact for 12 months. As Training Specialist for Norse Care, you will work closely with management to ensure full compliance with CQC legislation, policies & procedures, championing best practice through guiding and advising on effective training solutions. Main Responsibilities:

Supporting learners to ensure positive outcomes to upskill our employees’ skills in their workplace. Working closely with new starters through the Care Certificate. Together with the Quality & Compliance Training Manager, reviewing & evaluating effectiveness of training delivery, modifying approach as required. Leading on relevant projects, supporting with the design and development, creating effective solutions within set timeframes and to meet budgets. About you:

You will have significant experience in delivering training, ideally having worked in a similar role within the Care sector alongside: Holding a Teaching Qualification, or willing to work towards this alongside holding Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Experience designing and delivering engaging training content. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong, working relationships with people across the business.
