About the Role A leading global agency in live event merchandise is seeking a driven and enthusiastic

Events Merchandise Manager

to join their small, close-knit London team. With a focus on managing 5-10 projects at any given time, this role offers the chance to work closely with clients, creative teams, and venues to deliver exceptional merchandise solutions for live events and performances. You’ll oversee the end-to-end process, from developing creative merchandise ranges to managing inventory and crafting visually appealing retail spaces. The ideal candidate will have a bubbly personality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the theatre, concerts, or events industry.

Responsibilities Project Management:

Develop and manage timelines for multiple merchandise projects. Collaborate with the creative design team to develop eye-catching merchandise ranges. Ensure effective purchasing processes by balancing pricing with ideal order quantities. Communicate with venues to prepare for event dates, including sharing necessary tools and materials. Create innovative and visually appealing retail spaces, advising venue teams on setup and maintenance. Reporting: Collect and review daily/weekly sales data from venues. Monitor inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and forecast restock requirements. Prepare weekly client reports on sales performance. Client Relationship Management: Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships throughout project lifecycles. Address challenges while maintaining high levels of customer service. Provide consistent updates and feedback across all project phases. General Duties: Organize and prioritize day-to-day tasks to maximize efficiency. Attend weekly internal meetings to report on project status. Visit UK and international venues to monitor retail performance and ensure merchandise quality. Represent the company professionally to clients, stakeholders, and venue teams. About You Experience & Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in retail and stock control environments. Personal Attributes: Passion for theatre, live events, or the arts. Confident and empathetic communicator who can build strong client relationships. Enthusiastic and proactive with a keen interest in event merchandise. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Why Join?
