Operational Assurance Manager - Chorley – Hybrid This highly successful organisation is looking for an Operational Assurance Manager to join an established team with experience providing operational processes and improvement opportunities throughout businesses. Relevant operational experience within the Utilities sector is required with a strong understanding of supplier and metering audits. Key duties for the Assurance Manager include: Analysis of current business processes and identifying areas for change or improvement. Engaging with colleagues across departments to support implementation of change. Define and quantify improvements that feed into roadmaps for Managed Service. Work with the head of Governance to provide insights to support client, business and commercial engagements. Supplier and Metering Audits by liaising with external auditors, clients, and internal departments. Core skills & experience for this Assurance Manager role include: Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Utilities sector. Must demonstrate strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams. Strong problem-solving and organisational skills. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
