Site Manager - Shrewsbury
An opportunity has arisen for a construction manager to join a leading principal contractor on a permanent basis. As the Site Manager, you will be working for a respectable and thriving main contractor responsible for delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality. To be considered for this role, it is essential you have previously worked for a Tier One contractor and have experience as the Site Manager responsible for delivery of projects from cradle to grave.
Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients and reporting progress Supervising contracted construction workers Meeting subcontractors Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings Maintaining quality control checks Motivating the workforce throughout the project Using specialist construction management computer applications Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Regulations at all times Requirements:
SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS Card Healthcare desirable Design + Build Experience Good IT skills Passionate about Health & Safety Relevant driving licence Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
