You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of our facilities, ensuring our workspace runs smoothly and efficiently. Overseeing budgets will also be a key responsibility, including forecasting costs and making sure we get the best value for money in all facilities-related expenditures. Compliance with health and safety regulations is critical, and you’ll be responsible for conducting regular audits and ensuring we meet all necessary standards. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership on business continuity planning and facilities improvements, making strategic decisions that support the needs of our teams. Additionally, you’ll act as the key liaison with building management, contractors, and regulatory agencies, maintaining strong relationships to ensure efficient operations. We’re seeking someone with a proven track record in facilities management who enjoys leading teams and working collaboratively across departments. Strong leadership and team management skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, are essential.
