Provide specialist physiotherapy input to clients as part of the Community Neurorehabilitation service. Offer expert neurology physiotherapy assessment and treatment to a variety of clients. Collaborate with specialist nurses and other healthcare and social care practitioners to effectively manage those with long-term neurological conditions. Focus on providing specialist physiotherapy input to clients in the neurorehabilitation pathway. Perform high-quality neurology assessments and devise targeted treatment plans. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including specialist nurses, to ensure comprehensive client care, particularly for those with long-term neurological needs. Requirements:
You must be HCPC registered with UK experience working as a Physiotherapist. Holding a degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy is essential.
