Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care in line with a client-centred ethos. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, maintaining the highest levels of service delivery. Foster a positive and inclusive culture that promotes staff satisfaction and retention. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders. Implement effective strategies to support sustainable service growth. Registered Manager Requirements: Proven leadership experience in domiciliary care, with a track record of success in managing high-performing teams. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in the sector. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A passion for delivering outstanding care and driving service improvement. Relevant qualifications in health and social care management (e.g., NVQ Level 5). Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary of £38,000 – £40,000. Generous annual leave entitlement of 33 days (inclusive of bank holidays).
