Key Responsibilities of a Registered Manager:

Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, maintaining the highest levels of service delivery.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community stakeholders.

Registered Manager Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in domiciliary care, with a track record of success in managing high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in the sector.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A passion for delivering outstanding care and driving service improvement.
Relevant qualifications in health and social care management (e.g., NVQ Level 5).
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary of £38,000 – £40,000.
