To be responsible to the registered provider for the day-to-day running of the home, including being accountable for the home's operations and activities. Provide skilled expertise, which reflects current best practice, and excellence in care standards. We're looking for highly skilled and compassionate nurses to join our teams across our Elder Care homes as part of a dedicated and solution-focused approach, to ensure our residents receive excellent evidence-based nursing care. Overtime paid at time and a quarter (subject to policy). Free meal whilst on shift Pension in line with government initiative Simply Health Cash Plan – Subject to qualifying period. Access to the Blue Light Card and Discount for Carers Full Time and Part Time Hours available. Swallowcourt is seeking a dedicated and committed Team Leader in Poldhu Nursing Home. With a culture of dignity, respect, and compassion, we are seeking staff who are looking for more than the 9-5, and have a passion and commitment to making a difference every day for those we care. You will support the Registered Manager and Nursing Team in the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care and contribute to the efficient running of the Care Home.
