An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Marketing & Social Media Executive to join an International Property Consultancy firm in Berkshire.
You will be instrumental in the marketing and communicating of brand awareness and assist with development launches within the UK and abroad, working closely with other team members and the company’s Directors.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, naturally creative, able to think outside of the box, and communicate ideas and visions to a wider team.
Technology savvy, you like to keep your eye on the ball with new innovative programs and products to help the business stay in front of its competitors. An eye for detail and visual presentation, solid written English, and accuracy of work are vital to be successful in this rewarding and varied role.
Within a fast-paced and professional environment, you will be working on and delivering multiple projects on varying platforms to set times.
Previous experience in the property industry is preferred, with media and marketing experience using drone operations, video editing, and photography advantageous to fulfill the role fully. You must be proficient using Adobe and graphic design tools.
A salary of £28,000 – £30,000 dependent on experience is available.
Working hours are Monday to Friday with some site visits required away from the office, so a car and a full UK driving licence are required.
