We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our Centre of Excellence (CoE) team focusing on property, store concept and trades and services as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will support the daily operations, refine processes, and track key performance indicators to drive efficiency. You’ll be the central point of coordination, ensuring seamless communication across teams and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include leading critical admin tasks, maintaining the CoE’s content library, and facilitating workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions. Implement and refine operational processes to enhance the CoE’s efficiency and impact Collate and track progress against key performance indicators and prepare regular updates and reports Taking meeting minutes, documenting actions and following up to ensure accountability Supporting with general admin critical to the functioning of the centres of excellence Maintain library of internal and external content and make accessible Build and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders Coordinate and manage integrity and consistency of accurate data from banners and group functions in a timely manner What you'll bring

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to adapt messaging to different audiences Strong analytical skills with ability to navigate & analyse complex, disparate information and curiosity to challenge information and develop own understanding Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with a track record of creating clear, concise, creative and engaging presentations on a regular basis Collaborative and team-oriented, with demonstrated ability to work across functions and levels Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritisation skills Be Customer Focused
