Fully Remote within the UK Our client is an award-winning luxury tour operator specializing in the niche travel area of River Cruising and Escorted Touring. They work with direct clients and are now seeking to recruit highly motivated, service-driven travel professionals who are able to multitask and work under pressure. The role combines both sales and providing the very highest levels of customer service with a major focus on attention to detail. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and inquiries from clients. Maximize every sales opportunity to excel in both revenue and conversion targets. Accountable for booking a range of holiday types across multiple destinations for both River Cruising & Land Touring. Deliver exceptional customer service to discerning, loyal customers who book high-value trips. Manage the Customer Service & Sales emails by responding within the expected time frame with excellent written communication skills. Manage Pre-Departure courtesy calls & provide updates to affected bookings. Experience Required: Previous cruise reservations experience gained within the travel industry is essential. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent written and oral communication competency. High-quality attention to detail. A willingness to take responsibility and to work as part of a close team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Salary and Benefits: Base Salary range up to £27,000 depending on experience. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional leave. Flexible working with remote and office setup. Tour Travel & Flight discounts. Ongoing Training & Development. Fully remote working.
