14 Feb 2025 Your new company Our client is a large global manufacturing group, supporting a range of industries, with a head-office based near Stafford. Your new role Reporting to the CFO and leading a small team, the Head of Financial Reporting will develop and maintain all necessary financial controls, systems and processes to ensure the efficient and effective management of the Company's finances and compliance with statutory requirements. You will consolidate the financial results from the international business units and produce timely and accurate statutory and management accounting and other management and financial information as and when requested. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant, with strong technical accounting skills gained in a large, international manufacturing group. You will need to be effective at building relationships with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and you will need operational/plant manufacturing experience. Given the role has responsibility for the international subsidiaries, there is quite a bit of international travel, and it is expected you will be in the office 4 days per week.
