My client, an established main dealership, is seeking a Workshop Controller for their busy Workshop in Essex. This position will suit an enthusiastic individual who enjoys a demanding and busy role. You will be responsible for a team of technicians and be in charge of delegating the workshop load. You will also be responsible for liaising with the body-shop reception with reference to vehicles in the workshop and informing them of additional works to be carried out. The ideal candidate must have worked previously as a workshop controller and have excellent organisational and management skills as well as having a “hands on” approach. Experience in the Motor Trade is preferred but not essential. In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary, bonus structure, excellent working facilities, on-going training, and progression within the company. Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
