Tasks
Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control Read blueprints, schemas and drawings Prepare reports Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Supervise workers and projects Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials or business services Monitor safety conditions Manage difficult situations with customers Maintain inventory of equipment Maintain inventory of supplies Supervision
