Based in Colchester, their team continues to thrive, offering design solutions for residential, commercial, and education projects of varying complexities. Due to their expanding portfolio and business growth, they are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join their dynamic team. Role Overview: As a Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in providing technical design support across a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and education sectors. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring accurate reports, designs, and contributing to the team's continuous development and commitment to client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute design projects within residential, commercial, and education sectors. Produce accurate reports, designs, and technical documentation. Collaborate with the engineering team to uphold best practices and improve design services. Provide technical expertise in drainage design, flood risk assessments, and SUDS designs. Ensure compliance with appropriate agreement sections - S38, S278, S104. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery. Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a UK-based design consultancy. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, WinDes/MicroDrainage, and Microsoft Office suite. Strong analytical, communication, and technical design skills. Excellent written and spoken English. Experience in undertaking Flood Risk Assessments is essential.
