Implementing the TT business development plan for the region Undertaking condition survey, measured surveys, fire risk assessments, DDA Audits and providing dilapidations advice Preparation of AutoCAD/REVIT minor works design, preparation of tender documentation Acting as contractor administrator for minor works projects Reporting findings through verbal and written communications Develop to become a Chartered Building Surveyor Role to develop into become part of wider WYG UKAS Accredited Asbestos consultancy; Initially by assisting surveyors and obtaining BOHS P402 qualification Key accountabilities:

Building Surveying Completion of surveys / designs in full accordance with good practice / RICS guidance and TT procedures Writing of technical reports / tender documentation Proactively interprets and takes appropriate actions / decisions Operates at a professional level Ensures departmental processes are adhered to Develop to be able to complete asbestos surveys in full accordance with HSG 264 and TT procedures About You:

Experience in Building Surveying Degree qualified in Building Surveying Ideally working towards APC if not already secured Ability to work independently or as a team IT literate including good AutoCAD skills NEC knowledge Revit experience P402 qualified Full driving license About Tetra Tech:
