IC Resources is working with a global supplier of custom and standard MMIC designs who is looking for a Principal MMIC Engineer to join their team on a freelance basis.
The Role
Outside IR35 6 month contract with potential extension Onsite in North-East UK The Requirements Design, layout and RFOW of RFIC, MMICs and Microwave/mmWave modules. GaAs & GaN based MMICs for applications from 1-150GHz. Involvement in all aspects of the design process Must be comfortable in the RF test, characterisation, and validation of MMIC's Complete understanding surrounding Smith charts and s-parameter measurements Load-pull characterisation experience If you would like to hear more about this position or know someone who might be suitable please get in touch with Max Martin at IC Resources.
