Our client has a rare and interesting opportunity for a veterinarian with 5+ years' experience to work at their practice on the border of Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. This practice is long-established and has a loyal and friendly client base at the heart of the community. Hours:
This is a full-time role, 36-42 hours a week, where they can accommodate a 4 or 5-day week depending on preference. A weekend working rota can be discussed if wanted. Duties: Working with an excellent nurse and client care team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day veterinary work and contribute towards the performance of the practice. You will be the primary vet working there at least 2 days a week, with the remaining shifts at Whittlesford. A routine regular ops day at Whittlesford will be strongly encouraged. You will work closely alongside both teams, with case input and support with surgery, work-ups and emergencies as needed. You will have the opportunity to shape the future, with input and direction from their senior leadership team. You will be line-managed, coached, and mentored by their clinical director and you in turn will line-manage and lead a team. You will receive full training and bespoke personal professional development as needed. £55,000-£68,000
